Laughing, Alarice watched him search unwavingly for a web. He was so worried about her and it melted her heart. Sighing, she walked into the cave and laid down on the soft leaves. Her energy was draining from the activity and she needed to sleep. Yawning, Alarice laid her head down and drifted into a dreamless sleep while awaiting Adyn to come back to her. She knew her words were true, but her Hell side hated her to say it. But she was controlling it and at the moment she didn't care if the Hell side was there, she was happy as could be.

Adyn can came back and found her sleeping in the den that they had made. He had found a huge clump of web and figured they may as well stock up. He carried them in and haid the bundle down, tearing off a piece and carrying it over to her side. He sat down next to her sleeping form. Carefully he sat down, taking care not to bumphis leg that was now at a right angle, and to not hit his ribs. He looked down and watched her sleep, so peacefully, he hated to wake her, but it had to be done.
"8'm sorry to wake you sweetheart, but I have to fix your ribs. You can go back to sleep as soon as I'm done love, I promise. Here, eat the poppy seeds so they start working on the pain."
He hoped that she would forget about his own bones and go back to sleep when he was finished. He helped her onto her side and then repeated the same procedure as before, wincing as it snapped in. After it had stopped bleeding, he relaxed and sat just looking at her. I'm so lucky he thought to himself.

Alarice listened but never opened her blue eyes. Her Hell side ripped at her and in her eyes you could see the raging battle within. She whimpered as he went to work. Eating the seeds to help the pain. THen she looked him over with her troubled eyes and stood abruptly. She growled at him and spoke quickly.
DOnt think I forgot about yours mister. Lay down and ill fix them once more. I dont take no for an answer young man
But she smiled as she spoke and licked his chin. Her tail wagged and her blue eyes were once her own again. HAppiness soared through her as she waited for him to do as she told him to do.

Sighing, then stopping abruptly from the pain of it; Adyn smiled at her and did as she asked, laying down so that she could do what needed done. His tail thumpped against the ground in happiness. Despite the pain, this was where he wished to be. Here with the one he loved more than life.
He licked her face as he laid down and waited for her to go to work.
"you have it lucky you know? You only have ribs to worry bout. You get to play with two of my bones!"

Laughing at his odd choice in words. Alarice shook her head and pushed on his ribs. They made a satisfying crack and she applied the need suppliments. TLC was all they needed now. And they had each other for that.
We should go to your pack and get them to accept me...Itll be a long journey but we need to. I am certain we need more help then each other
She smiled and licked him befor snapping his leg back into place. She winced because she knew it hurt and made another splint. She spoke jokingly.
This time dont come running like a savior and knock it out of place again mister, ill leave it be next time.

"Don't try and leave me then. Cause I'm sure as hell not going to let you. Your stuck with me now. Where you go, I go love. If you want the leg to stay in place don't run, cause I will chase you."
Adyn licked her face and checked her side to make sure that she wasn't bleeding anymore.
"We will go in the morning, tonight we need rest. I don't think either of us is in danger of... 'leaving'... I can see that your exausted love. Sleep, I will keep watch and keep you safe."
He waited for her to come curl up beside him, he wanted her close.

GRumbling, she knew he was right though. Collapsing in echaustion next to him, she curled up tight and sucked in his warmth. Her body was relaxed, and she drifted into a dep slumber.
*****2hours later****
Alarice woke with a start and watched a shadow dance outside the entrance of the cave. The animal was a rabid fox. Alarice stood and growled a deep growl, standing over Adyn. Her hackles rose as the fox entered the cave> Slober was dripping and it was crazed. She knew they'e die if bitten, so she was trying to threaten it off. Flicking her tail she fake lunged and it really lunged itself. She ducked and it hit the wall of the cave. It was dazed and confused, BArking to Adyn she spoke quickly.
Adyn We need to leave NOW

Adyn woke with a start. Instantly he sprang to his feet, and put himself between Alarice and the fox. He let out a low growl of warning.
"I can't run fast enough. He will get me before we can get away. Alarice I want you to go out of the cave. NOW."
He was taken with rage now. It came after Alarice. A rage came over him and blocked out all else.
He stepped back to oush her towards the opening of the cave. As soon as she was out of the way, he started with his plan. Adyn taunted the fox untill it lunged at him. As it rocketed towards him he jumped out of the way letting it hit the wall once again. Before it could recover, he made his move and snapped its neck between his powerful jaws.
Turning to her, he was panting slightly.
"Taken care of, without a bone out of place. But we really do need to go, this place apparently is not good for us."

Alarice was pushed and before she could revcover the fox was dead. Nodding, she stood beside him and spoke softly.
Lean on me if needed. I am here if you feel weak or start hurting.
She started to walk and smiled softly. Nothing seemed as good as being with him. Her blue eyes shone with awarness as she walked warily forward. SHe knew now the dangers of these woods, she was ready for anything. She looked to Adyn for his direction of where to go/

Adyn lifted his foot off the ground and limped along on 3 feet. He was happy to be beside her, no matter where they were. Adyn led the way through the woods on the way to his home.
"If you need to lean, you can lean on me."
He looked at her and kissed her face. He loved her with all his heart, and his heart soared as he made the trip home with her.

Alarice shook her head and followed. He was stubborn as a mule. Laughing she walked along with him to the Earth lands. SHe was nervous the closer they got.
