Hey guys! Long time no speaks, how you all been? See i said i wouldnt disappear, i still lurk in the shadows xD But things arent great at the moment. My manager is still in hospital, thats 8 weeks now! She had to have an emergency operation, but be glad to know she is finally on the road to recovery, though she will not be returning to work until after christmas. I myself havent been very well recently either, i contracted a vicious cold and chest infection, fun times, but most of that is over now thank god. Friday i was badly bitten by a cat at work, i may have to under go hospital treatment myself as i have just found out that 80% of cat bites are infectious and get worse if you allow the wound to heal over. I miss you guys sooooooo much, and im sorry for not being around, but i hope to be back to normal soon, i look forwards to RP'ing with you again.
Many loves Sparks

Wow... I strongly suggest that you go to the hospital if you have not already been. I was bitten back in May and put myself in the hospital for three days by refusing to go and have it looked at sooner. Most of the time you can get away with just some oral Augmentin, but mine was so bad that I was on 4 different IV antibiotics. When I was bitten he got into the tendon on the back of my knuckle, and I am just now getting back to normal, though I have some scars from it. If it gets infected and you wait too long they will go in and open it to drain the infetion, and that is NOT good at all. When I decided to go, my hand was so swollen that i had not bending ability left in my fingers at all, and you could not see even the hint of a knuckle. It was really bad. So now when I hear that somone has been bit they get all of this XD... So be good and get it taken care of If you are wondering as to why they are so infectious.... Cats have a plethora of bacteria in their mouths, and some of them are really nast little bugs. However, the coctail of organisms that is in their mouths is left over from when they were in the wild. Believe it or not it is actually a hunting technique. Their saliva is so infectios so that when they were in the wild, if they bit something, even if it got away they got a meal. They would simply follow the wounded prey for a day or so untill the infection from the bite killed it and then enjoy the catch, rather genious, no?
