In the Golden Sands (Envy)

The ebony wolf trotted across the sand. It burned the pads of her feet as she moved across it. Her dark coat stood out against the light color of the grains, giving her little to no camoflage, but she did not care. Eclipse was not worried about somone seeing her here, this was her home and she has just as much right as any to be here. Her gait was leasurly and gracful as her long sexy legs moved her across the landscape.

She had no particular destination in mind, she just had to get out. Out of the daily routine, out of the company of the wolves that she saw day in and day out; just out. She was going crazy within her own mind and knew that she dare not stay around others, or there woud be blood spilled. Her irritation was coming to a boiling point, and it was not going to take much to make the pot boil over. She heaved a huge sigh, trying to calm herself.

Eclipse sat down, putting her rump on the hot earth and curling her tail around her feet. The sun reflected off of her pelt, shinning and shimmering off of the silken strands. She was quite pretty, her small sleek frame looking dainty yet holding an air of strenght that was undeniable. Inteligent eyes shone from her femanine face, bright and sparkling as she looked around her taking it all in.

The landscape was rose and fell as the dunes of sand lifted and dropped. Golden dust covered the ground, some of it lifting to be carried in the breeze, and be laid down to build the dunes higher than they already were. Rather pretty for hell she thought.
