Rank Descriptions:
alpha's do the main duties, leaving the beta in charge if they are absent.
sentinels stay behind in the pack and act as guards, watching over the elderly and the pups. they are not warriors, however they will fight if it's needed.
the lead pursuers are the main hunter of the pack. he or she leads the rest of them into hunting the blessed prey.
the two generals are the wolves who are 'leaders' over the group of warriors. they, initially can do regular duties. however they are there to protect their pack and be led into war if need be.
scouts act as the pack spies, tracking prey and watching the movements of the other packs.
apprentices are those pups old enough to decide what they want to do, and are taught by older, more experienced wolves.
pups are the offspring of other wolves. they must be born during roleplay. they cannot be made.

Rank descriptions:
Alpha: The alpha is in control of the pack. He is the overall leader and his word is final. It is his job to ensure it goes well with his pack.

Beta: He/she is second in command and advisor to the alpha. A beta is second to only the alpha but he cannot make any decisions on his own. A beta will rarely be left in charge but when he is left in charge his word is as good as the alpha’s.

Guardian’s/Defenders: Guardians are specifically the warriors who stay within the boundaries of the den. Their primary job is to guard the den at all costs. They rarely get sent into battle since this is the Attackers’ job.

Hunters/Warriors/Attackers: Hunters’ primary job is to provide food for the pack. They hunt and bring home their kill for the family. Warriors/attackers are like defenders but they are almost always used for head on battle away from the den. They are skilled fighters and are almost always patrolling the borders.

Spies: These wolves are light of foot and swift. They are the ones sent into enemy territory to spy on the other pack’s comings and goings. Theirs is a vital role and their information is almost always critical to the survival of the Earth pack.

Elders: Elders are extremely wise and their wisdom is needed to lead the pack. Their advice is revered above all else and their word is irrefutable.

Pups/young ones: Well their job is to be young and enjoy life… Not too hard, no?
